**Memorial Day Weekend Color 5K Walk/Run - A Vibrant Experience for Athletes!****The Color Run Adventure!**
Get ready for an energetically untimed 5K Run/Walk where the focus is all about having fun! As you conquer the course, friendly race volunteers will drench you in waves of vibrant color powder. Finish strong and the celebration continues—enjoy music, capture the memories with photo ops, refuel with Wrapped and Stacked Food Truck, and cool down with Tuscoe’s incredible shaved ice. Brace yourself for the thrilling Grand Finale Color Zone, where even more colors will be unleashed!

**Course Details:**
The route combines both pavement and grass terrains. No need to worry if a full 5K seems daunting—many participants opt for a single lap (1.55 miles) and still revel in the colorful excitement!

**A Moment to Honor**
We'll kick off the event with the National Anthem, followed by a respectful moment of silence to honor those who sacrificed for our freedom.

**Fun for Young Athletes!**
**Free Color Dash!** Children under 12 can join in a lively, brief race through a flurry of color right before the main event.

**Medals & Rewards:**
Claim victory with a first-place medal for the overall winner! Additionally, the first 50 finishers of the 5K will receive medals.

**Service Project & Registration:**
$3 from each adult registration goes to Our Military Kids, supporting extracurricular grants for children of deployed or injured service members. Early registration ensures a free shirt, bib, and color packet, while late registration includes a bib and color packet (with shirts not guaranteed).

**Kids Pricing:**
Only $10 for participants aged 10 and under, which includes a free shirt and color packet.

**Proceeds:**
Benefit the children's and youth ministry at Heritage Nazarene.

**Extra Color:**
Enhance your color run experience with additional color packets available for purchase on race day.

**Race Day Schedule:**

- 10:00 AM-11:00 AM: Registration opens; purchase color packets ($3 each or 4 for $10).
- 11:00 AM: Optional church service at Heritage Nazarene.
- 12:15 PM-1:00 PM: Registration reopens; color packets available.
- 1:00 PM: Registration closes.
- 12:55 PM: Starting line activities, including the National Anthem and a moment of silence.
- 1:00 PM: Kids Color Dash!
- 1:05 PM: The Color Run kicks off!
- 2:00 PM (approx.): Experience the grand finale color splash!
