WILMA Dash

The WILMA Dash is Wilmington, North Carolina's exclusive all-female race event organized by WILMA Magazine. It caters to first-time runners, walkers, and experienced participants. The event culminates with a Health Fest inside the Wilmington Convention Center's expansive Expo Hall, featuring health and wellness exhibits, food, drinks, and awards. Entry to the Health Fest is included with race registration and is also open to non-participants, with ticket proceeds supporting the Northside Food Co-Op. This cooperative aims to provide affordable food and foster community resilience within Wilmington's historically disenfranchised areas.
