FUN FIT 5K / 10K with the CHALLENGE 5K

The event, held at Pompano Air Park, offers participants a choice between a 5K, 10K, or a 5K Challenge. The Challenge includes completing ten repetitions of exercises such as jumping jacks, sit-ups, lunges, air squats, pushups, or burpees at intervals. Participants will receive a club T-shirt, finisher medal, and signature bib, with a clock at the finish line to track completion time. Parking is available at the south end of Galuppi's Parking Lot.
