Triple Three Challenge and 5K

The event features various endurance activities, including the Triple Three Challenge, where participants complete a rowing session, jump rope double unders, and a run. A team version allows different team members to handle each segment. There is also a standalone run/walk and a Kids Double Trouble Challenge designed for young participants. Awards are given for top performances across different categories, and all participants receive a custom event shirt. Jump ropes can be participant-owned or borrowed. The event is organized with multiple heats and caters to a wide range of fitness levels.
