41st Annual Chattahoochee Road Race

New for the 41st - Thru the Decades 1990's! (last year's race was 80's themed) Finisher medals! 5K and 10K finishers will receive a 3" custom medal! We'll close registration once we've reach finisher medal capacity, sign up early!

This years event will be 90's themed! CRR10K started in 1984 and the 90's was it's first full decade in existence. Best costume contest $100 West Stride gift card to top male/female costumed runners! The 90's had Nirvana and grunge, the Spin Doctors, Cheryl Crow, Atlanta's own Collective Soul. T-shirt and medal will be a 90's homage!

Course Update: The Mt Vernon bridge over 285 is temporarily closed (hit by a semi in October and due to be completed in summer 2024). This closure effects our certified course but we've made some adjustments to the course, which will still allow for our usual fast downhill finish. We will also certify these 2 new courses for the 5k and 10k as we know our race is one of the biggest Peachtree Road Race qualifier events.

This is a very fast course; mostly flat and with a .75 mile downhill finish! One of the fastest 5K/10K races in Georgia and a great Peachtree Road Race seeded qualifier! You should have a negative split from first half to last half of your distance. That's why we call it the Downhill Finish!

Again this year we'll have the Fastest Last Mile prize for both the 5K/10K male and female; $50 gift cards for those that complete the last mile with fastest split time.

Overall male/female, masters male/female and age group awards. We've added a team component for this year! Minimum of 3 team members will score (top 3 on each team), no limit on team size. In addition we'll have trophies for the fastest CRR members. Don't forgot to renew your membership.

TRANSFERS If you’d like to transfer from one distance to another (10K to 5K or vice versa) you can do so when online (sign-in to RunSignUp and change your order info) or when you pick up your race # in person; we'll have a transfer sheet when you pick up shirt) You'll have to pay the event price difference to switch from 5K to 10K but free to switch from 10K to 5K. You must do so before the race and can be disqualified if you do not. There will be a 10K split mat at the 3.1 mile point that runners must cross over.

RAFFLE PRIZE! All participants who register online are eligible to win a free bike from Free Flite Bicycles! $1000 Trek bike or accessories. All those who register before 12/31/23 and get three chances, on or before 2/11/24 = two! After 2/11/24= one. Plus 1 extra chance for current CRR Members. Sign-up early and triple or quadruple your chances of winning! Plus receive 1 additional chance for anyone you refer who signs up and lists you as the referral (Last years winner had multiple chances). We'll also provide a $50 West Stride gift card to the person who has the most referrals!

Community Assistance Center CAC brings together the Sandy Springs and Dunwoody communities to provide compassionate assistance to neighbors in need by providing financial support, helping to meet basic needs and promoting self-reliance. Anyone who raises $30 or more will receive 2 movie passes to Springs Cinema and Tap House!

The Chattahoochee Road Runners' Club is a social club, which provides a forum for runners in and around the Atlanta area to meet to run, socializes, and discuss running and the running lifestyle. The club offers many opportunities and activities to its members including monthly meetings, a weekly email newsletter, and weekly-organized runs, as well as special events throughout the year.

In the event that IWeLife cancels a race for any reason we offer the choice of the following:

1. Full refund if cancellation occurs more than 45 days before the scheduled event date.

If cancellation occurs less than 45 days prior:

2. You may choose to transfer your race credit to any future IWeLife hosted race.

3. You may switch to the virtual option for the canceled race AND receive a 25% discount on any future IWeLife hosted race.
