5K Track Meet

Come join us under the lights for a Fast Spring 5K or Mile coming back again this year to Webb School Knoxville!  This event is open to any-and-all athletes. Registration ends on 4/23/22 at midnight for seeding purposes.

Mile Race will kick start the Carnival event starting at 7:30 by seed time for registrants, 5K will follow starting approximately at 8:00pm (number of mile heats will be determined closer to race date).  This event will begin at the conclusion of the high school race being hosted earlier.

Mile Heats will start at 7:30pm, heats will be separated by seed time of registrants, heats will seed a maximum of 10 athletes per heat, 2-3 Mile heats are expected.

5K Heats will start at 8:00pm, heats will separated by seed time of registrants based on clustered seed times, heats will seed a maximum of 15 athletes per heat two 5K heats are expected.  Gender heats will be decided based on number of entries and seed times.

*Note this is a timed race event with no awards, T-Shirts, medals, snacks etc. Just a great opportunity for peak performance.
