Awards for the 5K presented to the Top overall male and female finishers and top three finishers in each age group: 9 and under; 10-14; 15-19; 20-24; 25-29; 30-34; 35-39; 40-44; 45-49; 50-54; 55-59; 60-64; 65-69; 70 and over.
Proceeds to benefit the Warren “Skip” Highwood Foundation. This foundation awards scholarships to anyone who is pursuing a career in Fire Fighting, Law Enforcement and Emergency Medical Services (Paramedic or EMT). This foundation also sponsors a child to attend the Hoosier Burn Camp every year.
