Arkansas Run For The Fallen 5K

We are excited to announce that this year we will again have honor bibs. These bibs say "I'm running in honor of..." and you will be able to write in the name of the fallen hero you would like to run in honor of. The first 100 participants will also receive a memorial bracelet in honor of one an Arkansas Fallen Hero. 

If you are participating in the in person 5K event, you will need to be able to maintain a 10 minute pace for the 5K. This is not a race. Rather, it is a memorial run where participants run as a group to collectively honor the fallen heroes who were individually honored over the weekend.  Runners will need to report to the state Capitol on Sunday, March 19th at 1 PM to be transported to the start of the run.  The run will conclude at the state Capitol at approximately 2:15 pm and will be followed by a closing ceremony at 2:30 pm. 

To ensure you receive a run shirt, registration must be submitted by March 1, 2023. The cost to register for the 5k is $30.
