Be Healthy 5K & Kids Run Presented by AdventHealth

True Health is excited to host the Be Healthy 5K Presented by AdventHealth, on Saturday, September 23rd at the Orlando Sanford International Airport at 7:30am. This certified course will have you soaring down a runway to the finish line! Join us with your friends, family, and coworkers as we take health to new heights!

One company or group with the most participants (minimum 15) will win an award and $250. This is a great opportunity to get recognized at the event AND celebrate together! Proceeds from the Be Healthy 5K ensure that all Central Floridians have access to high-quality, comprehensive healthcare at a reasonable cost.  

At the Be Healthy 5K, all participants will receive a race medal and t-shirt. Additionally, there will be a FREE Kids run. (Registration will open the week of the event on September 18th).

Entry supports True Health and The Forgotten Heroes Foundation, a veteran non-profit organization dedicated to helping local communities by strengthening education for children in STEM and history thereby providing a strong foundation for the future.

Cessna 172 Discovery Flight: 

Ready to explore the world of aviation?!!! This is your chance to take a Discovery Flight aboard a Cessna 172. You’ll experience what it is like to fly a plane, learn basic flying procedures, and be introduced to airport operations. Purchase your tickets by September 25th and 12:00 PM. Drawing will be held on September 25th at 12:30 PM. 

  Race Day Information: Packet Pick-up will be held on race morning from 6:00 am to 7:30 am. No BIBs will be handed out after 7:30 am.  Race Start Time is 7:30 am! Awards will be given to the Overall Male, Overall Female, Male Masters, and Female Masters winners.  View Course Map HERE
