About the event
The BRF indoor Duathlon, with the Bike, Run, Bike segments each 20 minutes long, offers a fun and pressure-free experience, and is great for both experienced triathletes and those competing in their first race. The Indoor Duathlon is a total 1-hour workout. Between each segment there will be a 5 minute transition period. There will be 3 heats of 10 participants, with the first heat starting at 600AM.

Bike 20 minutes on stationary bikeRun 20 minutes on treadmillBike 20 minutes on stationary bikeThe combined time for the Bike, Run and Bike is 60 minutes, plus two transitions. There will be up to 10 participants in each heat. All participants in each Heat will start and finish at the same time. and then progress to the next segment. To participate in this Indoor Duathlon you must be at least 15 years old on the date of the event.
Event T-shirtTo receive the event t-shirts you must register prior to Friday, February 17th. If registering after that date, a shirt is not guaranteed.
