Bethlehem Park and Rec presents the Bring on the Heat 5K

The Bring on the Heat 5K, presented by Bethlehem Park and Rec, is a 5K Run and 5K Walk through the pastoral countryside of historic Bethlehem CT. This event is supporting the Bethlehem Fuel Bank, assisting those in need.

Due to Covid-19 the following protocols will be in place:  There will be no access to Memorial Hall. All race related activity will take place outside and there will be port-o-lets at the rear of the building.    There will be no day-of-race registration. All runners must Pre-register. Registration will be capped at 200 runners.       On race day, there will be a labeled bag for each runner containing a race bib, t-shirt, safety pins, water, and pre-packaged snacks. They will be arranged alphabetically on tables for people to pick up.At the race start, there will be Corrals of 20 participants starting every 15 seconds beginning at 9:00 AM. Corrals will be assigned at registration. Runners will be required to wear masks at the start line which they can remove after they begin running and have distanced.We will have plenty of hand sanitizer on hand.   *  Free T-Shirts guaranteed if registered by April 3rd *  Awards will be presented to the overall Male and Female finishers and the top three in the following age groups: 12 and under, 13-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80+ REGISTRATION Pre-Registration $25    Day of Race Registration Not Available. Online Registration closes at 11:00 AM on Thursday April 15th
