Additional Info 5K & 10K RUN  10K Run begins at 8:00, 5K Run begins at 8:05 on Saturday, May 25, 2019 The Brat Fest 10K Bun Run starts and finishes on the grounds of Willow Island. Runners will enjoy the scenery as they run through tree canopied streets, along the shores of Lake Monona, Wingra Creek and along the Capital City Trail before they loop back to the finish. The course is flat and fast with lots of great scenery and winding trails. The 10K Run is a timed event. NO pets allowed on this course. Strollers are welcomed but must start at the back of the pack. The Brat Fest 5K Bun Run starts and finishes on the grounds of Willow Island. Runners will enjoy the scenery as they run along the shores of Wingra Creek, cross over to the other side of the creek and then loop back to the finish. The course is flat & fast with lots of great scenery. The 5K Run is a chip-timed event.
