Champions for Children

We are back!  South Bay Children's Health Center (SBCHC) is holding our annual Champions for Children 5K Trail Run/Walk in person at the beautiful Ernie Howlett Park in Rolling Hills Estates, CA on August 28, 2021.  If you are not able to join us in person, please join us virtually, as we want to offer you choices!  We cannot thank you enough for your dedication to our work and look forward to seeing you again.

If you have participated with us before, this year will be a little bit different than prior years.  This is a timed FUN RUN/WALK with one event only, beginning at 8:00 AM.  We hope that you join us as we celebrate the health, wellness and resilience of children, teens and YOU!  

The world has changed dramatically in the last year and the demand for our programs and services is stronger than ever. YOUR commitment and support of this event, whether in-person or virtually, helps raise money and increase awareness for quality dental care and counseling services for kids and teens in need. YOUR participation as a “Champion for Children,” again this year shows your commitment to these kids.  

You can register TODAY for either the in-person event or a virtual event.  If you have already registered virtually and prefer to participate in person, just let us know and we will transfer the registration.

We hope to see you on the trail Saturday, August 28th at 8:00 AM or virtually any day, any time until August 28th.  

Once you register and choose your SWAG, whether in-person or virtually, you will receive weekly email updates. YOU can make a difference by running, walking and fundraising for the health and wellness of vulnerable youth in the South Bay.  We are excited to be back in person and we can’t wait to see you!
