Champions of Hope 5K Run/Walk

Champions of Hope Virtual 5K Benefiting the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society

WHO, WHAT, WHERE:A virtual race is a race that can be run at any location. You can walk, use the treadmill, run outside or participate in another race. You can run your race at your pace wherever you like. You pick the time. You pick the place! This virtual 3.1 mile run and walk is family friendly and for everyone: 5K speed racers, casual joggers, walkers, and strollers. Dogs are welcome! (Really, we want to see photos of your dog!)

WHEN: Saturday, May 15, 2020: Run or walk a 5K between May 15 through May 22

HOW:  Once you have registered, join the Facebook page to see how our virtual run will work and to access our community and helpful information to guide you through the upcoming weeks

WHY: Join the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society share in community, inspiration and hope. Hope, that one day, a blood cancer diagnosis will have a 100% survival rate with the advancements of science and medicine. We're building a community of friends and family, near and far, to honor all of those who are in this fight. Your race entry is tax deductible and will go toward supporting families in NW Ohio and funding lifesaving research.

SPECIAL NOTE: All registered participants will have the opportunity to join our Champions of Hope 5K Community Facebook Page complete with a training program, inspiration, healthy recipes and more! 

COST: $25 entry fee, tax deductible. There will be a shirt available for an additional charge. LLS is a 501C-3 non-profit organization. Tax ID: 13-5644916

TEAMS:  Participants are welcome to join as an individual or build a team of their own in honor or memory of a loved one.  All registration fees will be applied to the 2020 Man and Woman of the Year Campaign that was cancelled due to COVD-19.  If you wish to support Malena Caruso in her "Team in Training" Campaign for LLS, please "join a team" and register under "Malena's TNT in NYC"
