The Clearwater Running Festival is home to America’s #1 beach and is just 22 miles from Tampa on Florida’s stunning west coast. Clearwater boasts an endless supply of sun, warm weather, great dining and is a prime location for a running festival.
All of our courses in the Clearwater Running Festival take you past some of the most beautiful scenery with spectacular views of the Gulf and city. 50k and Marathon participants will get to enjoy the peaceful Pinellas Trail on their way to the finish line. Finisher medals, post-race refreshments, overall and age group awards are just some of the take aways from this popular event.
With a 50k, Marathon, Half-Marathon, 5-Miler, 5k and Relay – there is a distance for everyone!

This course starts at Coachman Park and heads west over the Clearwater Memorial Bridge, through Sand Key Park, down Gulf Blvd, turning around after mile 7, heading back over the Clearwater Memorial Bridge, then turns south through Clearwater down to the Belleair Causeway, and then north on Gulf Blvd for the journey back to Coachman Park.
