Columbus Race for Global Water 5K

Online registration is now closed. You may still sign up on Friday, October 6 at the Worthington Road Runner Sports from Noon to 7:00 p.m. as well as on race day morning.

1.8 billion people around the world don't have access to safe water and 2.4 billion lack access to adequate sanitation. Women and children spend more than 4 hours walking for water each day, and more than 840,000 people die each year from water-related diseases. The Ohio American Water Works Association is teamed up with Water For People, a nonprofit organization with a mission to build a world where all people have access to safe drinking water and sanitation, to host the 7th Annual Race For Global Water 5K.

All net proceeds from this fundraiser support water access and sustainability for individuals around the world.

Be aware course will be over pavement, gravel, and grass uneven footing may be present.  This will be difficult for strollers
