Course highlights
For the 10 km race, competitive or non-competitive (Ten), the start is set at the picturesque Miramare Castle. From there, runners will head along the Barcola seafront, an area fascinating for its natural beauty and sea views. Next, they will pass through the heart of the city, including crossing the historic Piazza Unità d'Italia, the largest square open to the sea in Europe. The finish line is located in the Piazzale delle Milizie, inside the majestic Castle of San Giusto. As for the Family Run 8k, the starting point is also Miramare Castle. Participants will follow a route along the picturesque seafront of Barcola, enjoying a pleasant and panoramic ride. The race ends in the historic Piazza Unità d'Italia, where families and friends can celebrate the shared experience together. In both cases, participants will have the opportunity to appreciate the architectural and natural beauty of Trieste while testing themselves with a sporting challenge.
