Dan The Man Run for Recovery

Dan The Man Run for Recovery is a 5k Run/ 2k Walk on the beautiful trails of Deer Path Park in Hunterdon, NJ    The run is manually timed by the race directors and focuses more on the healthy and positive fun of a community event.

Daniel Snel tragically lost his life to an accidental overdose on September 22, 2016 at the young age of 27 years old. Dan had been clean from heroin for over three years. For those of you that didn't know him, Dan was an incredible person. His personality was contagious, he was engaging, had a great sense of humor and was a very loving person. Dan had an amazing passion for life, and anyone that knew him knew he was a big New York Giants fan, loved fishing and loved his family fiercely. In Daniel's memory, we run/walk to raise awareness and help others on their recovery journey. Please join us!
