The Green Swamp is flat. The footing is generally good; a couple places in the cypress swamps have “knees” (stalagmite-like spikes coming out of the ground) kind of roots to keep you on your toes or on your face. Winter is the dry season (Unless it isn’t!). More dry than wet most years
All individual trail runs (10K, 13.1, 26.2, 50K, 50M) are loops.
