About the event

We invite you to join us in the beautiful region of Normandy for the second edition of the International Marathon in Deauville. We will have the pleasure of bringing together 6,000 runners for this amazing race, beginning near the sea with a view of the tennis courts of Deauville. You will be able to experience the stunning sites that make Normandy famous, including the Casino of Deauville, the Hippodrome of Touques, the stud farms, and the beach of Benerville. The race will culminate on the famous Planches de Deauville, along the sea!

Marathon The victory went to Alaa Hrioued who crossed the finish line at 02:20:15. He finished 2 minutes 55 seconds ahead of Richard Bett. Rounding out the top three was Thomas Benichou with a time of 02:30:14. For the women, Chaltu Negasa took top honours by finishing the race in 02:36:50 , followed by Vanessa Le Metayer who finished with a time of 03:07:19. He bested Geoffrey Le Dean who crossed the finish line 8 seconds behind him. Dieudonne Nsengiyumva (01:06:49) made notched third place. In the women’s race, Adanech Mekonnen took top spot in 01:14:14 . She bested Prisca Kiprono who crossed the finish line 3 minutes 52 seconds behind her.
