Delta Lake Triathlon

Welcome back to Rome, NY and the scenic and lovely 720 acre Delta Lake State Park.  Produced by Wilson Endurance Sports in cooperation with the New York State Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation - Central Region.  

Sprint & Olympic Triathlon & AquaBike

Feeling really ambitious?  Do the Delta Double!   Race the Sprint Tri and get back to the starting line in time to race the Olympic Tri.  

Start with a 750m swim followed by a moderate hilly 11 mile bike ride outside of the Park followed by a 5K run all within the grounds of the State Park with a finish right next to the lake. The Olympic participants will complete 2 loops of each course.

Paratriathletes are welcome!

Participants in the AquaBike competition will complete their event after the bike.  There are no relay team entries for the AquaBike.

NO CUT-OFF TIMES FOR ANY OF OUR EVENTS!

***Dogs are prohibited from being brought to the race.  If you, or any family member, or your spectators, bring a dog to the race, we will disqualify the athlete.  NO refunds.
