About the event
Dizzy Daze is held at beautiful Green Lake Park in Seattle, Wa. The race uses the OUTER running loop around the lake. Runners will travel counter-clockwise and stay either on the groomed path or to the road side of the path. The total distance of the loop is approximately 3.2 miles, and therefore to complete the 50K, runners will complete 10 laps, meaning you get some bonus miles, absolutely free!; the 100K will be 19 loops with a short out and back.
