Dustin's Place Join the Journey 5K

Dustin's Place Join the Journey is a morning of races for the entire family.  We are adding an exciting addition this year - Themed race!!!  With the date being May 4th - we will have a Star Wars themed race!!!!!

The morning will include a 1 mile family fun run and a professionally timed 5K road race with breakfast included again this year.  Following both races we will have an awards ceremony.  All proceeds from the event will go to Dustin's Place, a center for grieving children, teens, and their families to come together in their grief journey and walk with others so that no one has to grieve alone. As part of the mission of this race, we'd like to invite you to join the journey of our grieving families by purchasing a sign with your loved one's picture, name, and a verse or phrase on it during your race registration.  These signs will line the race route and allow us all to remember we are not alone in this journey!

Race packets can be picked up Saturday morning starting at 7am prior to races. 

5k starts at 9 AM and the 1 Mile Family Fun Run starts at 9:15am. Whether you are a long time competitive runner or a beginner you are welcome to join us!! 

January 2, 2024 to March 22, 2024 Only $25 per family for Family Fun Run (1 shirt included) and $30.00 for 5K race WITH race shirt included.

April 14th till race day the cost remains the same; however there is NO guaranteed race shirt.

All registrations received before April 7th are guaranteed a race t-shirt!

There are medallion awards for top 3 male and top 3 female overall winners as well as top under 12 boy and under 12 girl 5K racers as well as top racer for each age category.

The 1 mile fun run is a non-competitive run/walk and will not be chipped time.  

Awards will be given out soon after the last person crosses the finish line
