About the event

Program Overview

Embark on a transformative journey with our comprehensive training program for women like you! Spanning 10 Saturday rides, starting on February 10th through April 27th, you'll experience a gradual progression in distance, building your endurance from 33 to 70 miles. This structured approach ensures that you'll be well-prepared for the ultimate challenge that awaits you.

In addition to the Saturday rides, we're excited to offer six Rosie Up sessions dedicated to Paceline progression training sessions on select Sundays, starting January 7th. These sessions will focus on refining your cycling skills and techniques in a supportive and encouraging environment.

We've scheduled five or more Q&A sessions/off-bike clinics on Thursdays to complement your on-bike training. These sessions will cover various topics, including nutrition, bike maintenance, and mental preparation, providing you with a well-rounded education to enhance your overall cycling experience.

The culmination of your hard work and dedication will be celebrated at the grand finale of our training program – a 100-mile all-women gravel century ride on Saturday, May 11th, coinciding with Mother's Day weekend. This event is not just a ride; it's a celebration of your achievements and the community of strong, empowered women you've become a part of.

Our mission is to provide you with the tools and resources necessary to explore and conquer your gravel endurance goals. By fostering confidence and empowering you with knowledge and skills, we hope to inspire you to embark on even more cycling adventures beyond the program.

Join us on this exciting journey, where every pedal stroke brings you closer to your triumphs and the joy of discovering the incredible potential within you.

Group Training Dynamics

Understanding the dynamics of our group training program is key to ensuring a positive and supportive experience for all participants. Our goal is to foster a sense of community, challenge each other to improve, and celebrate the collective achievements of the entire group.

What You Need to Know

Weekly Route Focus:

Our group training program centers around one designated weekly route. This provides a consistent and familiar environment for participants to track progress and challenge themselves.

Pace Groups:

We offer three pace groups to accommodate a variety of fitness levels and riding experiences:A Group: 13-15 mph averageB Group: 12-13 mph averageC Group: 10-12 mph average

Leadership and Support:

Each pace group is led by a ride leader and sweep. These experienced individuals will guide the group, maintain the designated pace, and offer support throughout the ride.

Regrouping and Wait Time:

While these rides may not be classified as "no-drop," we understand the importance of regrouping. Planned regrouping points with set wait times will be incorporated into the ride.

Selecting the Right Pace Group:

It's crucial to choose a pace group that aligns with your fitness level and riding experience. This selection promotes a positive and comfortable riding environment for everyone. If you're unsure, consider starting in a group that matches your current capabilities and adjusting as you progress.
