First Care Walk for Life and 5K Run

  Please join us for the Shake, Rattle and Run 5K to support the work of First Care!  The Shake, Rattle and Run 5K is run on a beautiful, paved USATF certified course at John Prince Park in Lake Worth, FL which is less than 2 miles from I-95.  Timing for this event is provided by AccuChip. Results will be posted online.  Race features finisher medals and recognition for the top three finishers overall and top three finishers for each age/gender group.

Take 1-95 to 6th Ave exit and head west 1.3 miles on 6th Ave.
Turn left onto Congress Ave and go 0.4 miles
Turn left into John Prince Park
