2019 marks the 6th Great Smoky Mountains Half Marathon and 5K and is the 8th national park half marathon of the 2019 Vacation Races season. The course runs immediately outside Great Smoky Mountains National Park in Blount County, TN and features beautiful scenery and sweeping panoramic views. Most pre- and post-race activities will take place in Townsend, TN.
