Hair of the Dog 2 Mile Brewery 85 Race Series October 2nd 2021 Sponsored by the Upstate Running Club.  

The Upstate Running Club, Go-Green Events, and Brewery 85 present the annual Hair of the Dog 2 Mile Run! This race will start and finish at Brewery 85 and run an EXTREMELY fast 1 Mile section before looping around confluence center and heading back up to the finish for an ice cold beverage to ring in the new year and cure any resolution hangovers that many of us have! Race Day Details​ Date: Sunday Jan. 2nd Race Start Time: Sunday @ 10:00am Place: Brewery 85 Directions:  6 Whitlee Ct, Greenville, SC   Course Map: HERE The race course is run from Brewery 85 down to the Confluence Center. From There you will complete one loop in a counter clockwise direction before heading back to Brewery 85 for the finish. The first mile is FAST and the last mile is SLOW! The race is stroller friendly, dog friendly, and walker friendly. We do have a 30 minute cutoff for the 2 Mile. This is a cup-less event so the only water available will be provided by Brewery 85 before and after the event.    Go-Green Events Join the Club ($5 OFF 50+ Races in the Upstate!) Top 3 Age Group M & F:  0-9 10-19     20-29     30-34     35-39     40-44     45-49     50-54     55-59     60-64     60-69     70-79     80-89     ​90+       At the finish, runners (over 21) will receive a beer from Brewery 85. 

POLICIES: No alcohol for those under 21. IDs will be checked at Brewery 85 and ID bracelets issued. Swapping of race numbers or bracelets for the purpose of obtaining alcohol is illegal and is subject to immediate arrest. Strollers, wheelchairs and well-behaved dogs are welcome at this event. lease position yourself appropriately at the start so as not to impede or potentially injure others.
