Haitian Education Awareness 5K

Join Chances for Children in a Virtual 5K by walking, running, biking, or hiking 3.1 miles to support our students in Haiti!  Your participation in Chances for Children’s virtual 5K will help over 600 students in our five schools continue to receive an education, something that 50% of Haiti’s children do not have access to.  The country has no public (free) school system and tuition is roughly a fourth of a Haitian’s annual salary, making school impossible for so many.  Chances for Children works to break the barrier that holds so many students back and give them an opportunity to thrive in a school setting.  In a time where there is so much uncertainty in Haiti, it is so important to offer these kids something certain- a quality and stable education.  Thank you for joining Chances for Children and all our supporters around the country in walking, running, biking or hiking in our virtual 5K to support our students in Haiti!
