Replacing Stigma with Hope. Our mission is giving those in need a hand along with Hope and Understanding. Our initiatives include those who are impacted by homelessness, substance use disorder and mental illness, one heart at a time. Additionally, our goals include assisting children in the foster care system and those with intellectual and emotional disabilities.
