Heart & Sole 5K and 1 mile Fun Walk/Run

Join the Sole Squad!  The 18th annual Heart & Sole 5K & 1 Mile race is the perfect way to celebrate National Heart Health Month and is a great activity for serious and recreational runners alike. This year's race takes place at Goodyear Civic Square, 1900 N. Civic Square.

8:30 a.m. - Warm-up9:00 a.m. - 5K starts9:10 a.m. - 1 Mile starts10:00 a.m. - Awards

PACKET PICKUP 

Packet pickup will be at Goodyear Civic Square on Thursday, February 16 from 12-6 p.m. Pickup will also be available the morning of the event before the race starts beginning at 7 a.m.

Participants will receive a runner's packet which consists of a commemorative tee and runner's bib. All promotional giveaways are based on availability while supplies last. Finisher medals will be awarded to all runners with additional medals being rewarded to the 5K overall winner!
