Heart & Sole 5K and Fun Run

Since 1985, the High Point Regional Heart Strides Program has been helping patients with cardiac disease. Cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation treatment is essential for improving a patient’s quality of life and helps prevent future heart or lung recurrences.  Today, the Heart Strides program helps hundreds of patients per year throughout the Triad. The Heart & Sole 5K Run/Walk and Fun Run was created to raise funds for the sole purpose of assisting patients with the cost of the Heart Strides Program.

In 2018, the Heart & Sole 5K and Fun Run is thrilled to partner with the High Point Cycling Classic!   The event will be held at Mendenhall Transportation Terminal in downtown High Point!   There will be vendors, kid zone, music and lots of fun family activities happening for the city of High Point, all while supporting a wonderful cause!
