Heartbeat Hustle 5K & Fun Run

Introducing the inaugural Heartbeat Hustle 5K and 1 Mile Fun Run, an event dedicated to supporting the Parkgate Pregnancy Clinic in Tupelo, MS (www.parkgateclinic.org). This year marks the first time this exciting gathering is taking place, and it promises to be an unforgettable experience for participants and the community alike.

All proceeds from the Heartbeat Hustle will directly benefit the Parkgate Pregnancy Clinic. Parkgate exists to honor, support, and empower life-affirming choices through pregnancy testing, sonograms, counseling, prenatal vitamins, the baby closet, parenting classes, One by One mentoring program, post-abortive counseling, and EMPOWER classes taught at the middle and high schools.

The Heartbeat Hustle 5K will take you on a winding journey through the charming streets of downtown Saltillo. The race will commence and conclude at the First Baptist Church Saltillo. Following the race, participants of all ages can enjoy post-race festivities, delicious food, and engaging activities, ensuring that the event is not only about the run but also a celebration of community.

Awards will be presented to the top 3 overall male and female finishers in the 5K and the first place male and female participants in the masters and grandmasters categories. Additionally, we will acknowledge the top 3 male and female finishers in the following categories: 9 & Under, 10-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70 & Over.

Make sure to take advantage of early bird registration fees of $25 for the 5K and $15 for the 1 Mile Fun Run, available until October 14, 2023. Fees will increase to $30 for the 5K and $20 for the 1 Mile Fun Run until November 10, 2023. Race day registration will also be an option, with fees set at $30 for the 5K and $20 for the 1 Mile Fun Run. (Participant t-shirts cannot be guaranteed for those registering after October 27, 2023.)

Please note that in alignment with the event's charitable nature, there will be no refunds for registrations. Your contribution is a direct investment in the worthy cause we support.

Packet pickup will be at First Baptist Church Saltillo on November 10, 2023, from 12:00 pm to 7:00 pm. Conveniently located at 311 Mobile Street, Saltillo, MS 38866, this central hub will allow you to collect your race essentials and soak in the pre-event excitement.
