Hyco Memorial 5k

This is replacing the Hyco Memorial 5K, which typically kicks off on an October Saturday morning at the Anderson County Civic Center parking lot and ends in the same area, and will also now be 100% virtual. This race also benefits our four-legged friends but goes one step further and in addition to helping K9s this race also benefits the rescues! Our mission is to share with others, the extraordinary love you can both give and receive from adopting a pet. The same extraordinary love we experienced with our Gela and Brandon and his family experienced with Hyco.  We plan to bring awareness to the benefits of adopting a dog and to help rescues find their furever homes. Monies raised will go towards promoting adoption awareness and assist shelters/rescues/fosters and a portion will be donated to Hyco K9 Fund. Join us, Get Extraordinary Love: Adopt!

All participants will receive our annual race t-shirt.   5K finishers, which upload their time and route, are guaranteed a commemorative VIRTUAL 5K dog tag.  For those who want to sign up for the virtual Doggie Dash they will receive the shirt as well as the Never Run Alone doggie bandanna.

We will ship out all race swag AFTER the race is completed. The mailings will begin during the week following the race, please be patient as it may take some time to mail out ALL the registrants.
