The Johnson & Johnson Bondi to Manly Ultra is an 80km run that gives you the unique opportunity to traverse the stunning coastline between Sydney's two most iconic beaches. You'll have the chance to pass 49 beaches, scale cliff tops, race through national parks, run around the Opera House and cross the Harbour Bridge while being surrounded by the beauty of Australia's capital city. This event showcases Sydney's special combination of a bustling metropolis and its natural environment - making it a one-of-a-kind experience. Runners can choose between two options: ULTRA or RELAY. ULTRA runners will take on the entire 80km course solo, while RELAY participants will be part of a team of four. The Johnson & Johnson Bondi to Manly Ultra is a not-for-profit event, with all proceeds being used to preserve and enhance the public land and natural environment around Sydney Harbour. Course details

Course highlights

Starting at the famous Bondi Pavilion, the course follows the Bondi to Manly walking track, weaving along spectacular cliff tops to Watson's Bay. The route then hugs the harbour foreshore through national parks, around iconic Australian landmarks and cultural sites, to the finish line at Manly Beach. It's a diverse track with varied terrain, not short of breathtaking views.
