Lake Vian Hilltop Run

Join us for a FREE day of fun on an updated course around Lake Vian. The paved walking trail winds through trees before turning to dirt single track switchbacks leading to the hilltop overlook. The loop is about 1.6 miles. So a 5k is about 2 loops. Run or walk as many laps as you can in 3 hours or 6 hours. Drop in for one leisurely lap in the 3-hour category, or knock out as many laps as you can in 3 or 6 hours. You're not required to walk or run for the full amount of time.

Snacks and drinks are provided at the aid station. Sign up before race day to be eligible for door prizes. Must participant and be present to win.  Overall awards will be presented to the top 3 in each time category. When there is a tie for a total number of laps completed, the tie will be broken based on who completed their final lap first.  

Packet Pickup and Race Day registration is from 7am - 8am.  Packets include race bib, safety pins, race course map, safety information, copy of liability waiver, and vendor coupons and information.

Lake Vian Trail System is a great place to bring the family for a day out while you're running/walking. There are over 10 miles of trail to be explored on foot or bike.  If someone in your crew kayaks, then load up the kayak.  They get to see you every loop and cheer you on. Maybe talk them into doing a loop with you.
