Are you prepared to take on the challenge? From the Village of Amizmiz, you will gradually improve the terrain and trails and you will quickly reach some great vertical ascents. You will traverse canyons, stoney oueds, green oak and juniper forests, and will pass through the collars with a breathtaking view of the Haut Atlas. The crests overlooking the Ouirgane Lake will be demanding. As you track through the villages of Berbers, be sure to take in the hospitality of the Moroccan culture. Finally, you will be stunned by the changing landscape of vallons and will have a lasting impression of the 66 km journey upon your arrival back in Amizmiz. This trail is designed to promote the natural and historical heritage of the Marrakech region, and to provide a 100% nature experience for national and international trail runners. It is also a reminder of the concept of the green economy and to run for a cleaner world.
