Lightning Bug Boogie 5K Trail Run

Lets get ready to Boogie! The 2nd annual Lightning Bug Boogie 5K Trail Run will take place on Friday, August 18th starting at 9:00 pm on the Lake Hickory Trails. This course will consist of off road trails that include hills, descents, tight turns, roots, rocks and other trail type features. All participants will be required to have a light in the form of a headlamp or flashlight. 

Age groups are as follows:
0-9
10-14
15-19
20-29
30-39
40-49
50-59
60-69
70+
Top 3 overall Male and Female
(Top 3 M/F will not medal in age groups) 

T-Shirts are only guaranteed to those that register on or before Friday, August 4th. Some shirts may still be available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Thursday, August 17th from 8am-6pm at Highland Recreation Center

Friday, August 18th from 8am-12pm at Highland Recreation Center

Friday, August 18th from 7-8:45pm at Hickory City Park Greenway Trailhead
