Live Like Leah 5K Memorial Race and 1 Mile Walk

A race to honor the life of an amazing woman, Leah Joy Bowers, who was a beloved teacher, coach, wife, daughter, sister, friend, and dog mom! Leah passed away in January due to complications from cancer. All proceeds from the race will be donated to Camp Abilities; an organization Leah was passionate about and heavily involved with for many years since her undergraduate days at West Chester University. Camp Abilities PA @ WCU is an educational sports camp for youth ages 7-17 who are blind or have low vision. The purpose of the camp is to empower children to be physically active, improve their overall health and wellness, encourage them to make food choices that support an active lifestyle, and develop their confidence and self-esteem through sport and physical activity. Awards:
Overall and Age Groups: Top Male and Female overall, Age group awards will be determined based on size of race field, 0-12, 13-18, 19-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60+ 

Entry: $25 until July 20, $35 until August 20, $40 on race day
