About the event

Love Luton is proud to present an exciting opportunity for international travelers looking to challenge themselves and raise money for charity, all while experiencing the great atmosphere of the town. Participants can choose between 5K or 10K routes, both of which start and finish from St Georges Square in Luton town centre and are located on road, complete with scenic and traffic-free views. Although some parts are hilly, they are evenly spread out throughout the course, allowing for a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Participants will have up to three hours to finish the race, with all road closures lifted by 12:30pm.

Credit : Sue A Half Marathon Darren Deed outpaced more then 469 runners to win in 01:09:17. He finished 4 minutes 18 secondes ahead of Jonathan Tipper. The third place went to Andrew Boyd with a time of 01:13:36 In the women’s race, it was Natalie Lawrence who took the top spot in 01:26:15 . She finished 2 minutes 20 secondes ahead of Helen Mulhall. Rounding out the top three was Christine Lathwell with a time of 01:31:37.
