Medal Madness Ninja 5K, 10K, & Half Marathon at Cousler Park - June

All US Road Running Races are "Run At Your Own Risk"- we will NOT cancel the race!  If you are not comfortable running due to the Air Quality Alert but have already registered, we will be happy to transfer your registration to another race!  All our live and virtual races are posted on usroadrunning.net- just email [email protected] with your info and which race you'd like to be transferred to and we will do the paperwork for you. If you are comfortable running, we will see you at the starting line!  We will have plenty of cold water, Gatorade, bananas, and Gu energy gels to keep you going.  

US Road Running Medal Madness 
Everyone will select one of our medal madness finisher medals at each race.
Everyone that runs 3 US Road Running races in one calendar year will receive the triple challenge medal.
Everyone that runs 5 US Road Running 5K races in one calendar year will receive the 5-5K medal.
Everyone that runs 10 US Road Running 10K races in one calendar year will receive the 10-10K medal.
Everyone that places in the top 3 age groups for the series will receive a series award medal at the end of each year.
All medals must be picked up at one of our races.
Runners that finish first will have the first pick of the finisher medals.

Race Information
The race starts at 8:30 AM.
Packet pickup starts 30 minutes before the race and ends 10 minutes before the race starts.
All runners must register on RunSignup.
No on-site registration.
The 5K and 10K are limited to 2:00 race time.  
The Half Marathon is limited to 4:00 race time.  

5K & 10K Course

Race Rules
Entry fees are non-refundable, with no exceptions. 
We reserve the right to cancel in extreme circumstances. 
No dogs on the course.
Walkers are always welcome.

Dunkin' Donuts Cruiser
Who likes coffee?!  Dunkin' Donuts will be set up with their cruiser in the parking lot sampling free hot and iced coffee.  Pick up a cup when you're nearby!
