Participate in MWR’s 2-mile ruck/run/walk fitness event with a circuit workout to follow choosing your level of fitness from Beginner, Intermediate, advance, or Elite.

NAB’s Turner Field
Participants are encouraged to wear their own “ruck sack” or weighted vest filled with 15 lbs. (min) to 40 lbs. (max) of weight of your choice. Workout level of your choice to follow utilizing your ruck or weighted vest consisting of Squats, Push Ups, Pull Ups. Free commemorative T-shirt awaits the first 100 to complete the event.
BEGINNER:
*50 TRX Inverted Rows
*100 TRX Chest Press
*150 TRX Squats
INTERMEDIATE:
*50 Pull Ups
*100 Push Ups
*150 Squats
ADVANCE:
*100 Pull Ups
*200 Push Ups
*300 Squats
ELITE: (WITH Ruck/Vest)
*100 Pull Ups
*200 Push Ups
*300 Squats
***EXERCISES CAN BE MODIFIED TO ACCOMMODATE ANY FITNESS LEVEL***
