Participate "Virtually Anywhere" in MWR’s 2-mile ruck/run/walk fitness event with a circuit workout to follow choosing your level of fitness from Beginner, Intermediate, advance, or Elite.
Memorial Day Ruck Out - VIRTUAL EVENT
Monday, May 25 • 0800 am • FREE
Participants are encouraged to wear their own “ruck sack” or weighted vest filled with 15 lbs. (min) to 40 lbs. (max) of weight of your choice. Workout level of your choice to follow utilizing your ruck or weighted vest consisting of Squats, Push Ups, Pull Ups. Free NOFFS Resistance Band Fit Kit awaits the first 25 participants completeing the event. Must have access to pull up bars or TRX Suspension System and post to "Instagram" finishing time.

*50 TRX Inverted Rows
*100 TRX Chest Press
*150 TRX Squats
INTERMEDIATE:
*50 Pull Ups
*100 Push Ups

ADVANCE:

*300 Squats
ELITE: (WITH Ruck/Vest)
*100 Pull Ups
*200 Push Ups
*300 Squats
