Participate "Virtually Anywhere" in MWR’s 2-mile ruck/run/walk fitness event with a circuit workout to follow.
Memorial Day Ruck Out - VIRTUAL EVENT

Participants are encouraged to wear their own “ruck sack” or weighted vest filled with 15 lbs. (min) to 40 lbs. (max) of weight of your choice. Circuit workout level to follow which includes 25 Pull Ups, 50 Push Ups, and 100 Squats.
BEGINNER:
*50 TRX Inverted Rows
*100 TRX Chest Press
*150 TRX Squats
INTERMEDIATE:
*50 Pull Ups
*100 Push Ups
*150 Squats
ADVANCE:
*100 Pull Ups or TRX Inverted Rows
*200 Push Ups
*300 Squats
ELITE: (WITH RUCK OR WEIGHTED VEST)
*100 Pull Ups or TRX Inverted Rows
*200 Push Ups
*300 Squats
