Mental Health Mile & 5K

May is Mental Health Awareness Month. One in four adults will be diagnosed with a mental illness during their lifetime. MyMichigan Medical Center Sault is hosting its ninth annual Mental Health Mile and 5K to raise awareness and support  for people living with mental illness in our community. The 5k will take place on Saturday, June 3, 2023 at 1:30pm at MyMichigan Medical Center-Sault's main campus. Registration will begin at 1:00pm. The 5K is $25 prior to 5/17/2023 (Includes t-shirt). The cost will increase to $30 after 5/17/2023 (T-shirt not guaranteed). The one mile walk to raise awareness is: FREE. Participants are encouraged to dress up and wear the color green to show support for Mental Health Awareness. Prizes will be awarded for a variety of categories. Strollers and friendly dogs on leashes are permitted at this event.
