2023 Metro Detroit Heart Walk 5k Run/Walk

Join us to defeat heart disease and stroke.

It's never been a better time to find new ways to boost physical and emotional health. Joining the Heart Walk is a great way to socially connect and get moving - all while making a great impact in our community and saving lives.

When you register, you're helping:

In addition to an officially timed 5k, there is also a 5k Walk that start 15 minutes after the run.  Walkers are welcome to join into the run if they want to have an official time.  The 5k walk is an untimed event as is the 1 mile walk
