Miles for our Military

Miles for our Military is a unique race dedicated to the men and women that have served in the Armed Forces. It is a celebration of their commitment to service and the unwavering support of their families, friends, and civilian employers. The Miles for our Military race provides an opportunity for the Wabash Valley to show their support to its Veterans. Miles for our Military unites military and civilian community members, connecting and educating each on the importance of embracing their neighbors. The goal of each event is to establish a long-term understanding and respect for the needs of local military families. The distances of the races will include a 5K and one-mile color run/walk. Each mile will be logged to reach this year’s goal of 500 miles. All races are adaptive equipment friendly and chip-timed. The first 150 registered runners will receive a t-shirt. The Wabash Valley Base Community Council will donate proceeds of the Miles for our Military to support the local Indiana Air National Guard's Air Force Gala.
