NAMI Rockland 5K Run/Walk for Wellness

NAMI Rockland is an Affiliate of the National Alliance on Mental Illness, one of the largest, grassroots mental health, self-help and advocacy organizations in the country. NAMI members and volunteers consist of individuals with a lived experience of mental illness, relatives, friends and advocates working together to improve the lives of people affected by mental illness. NAMI works toward improving services and resources for individuals living with mental health conditions and their families through education, advocacy, support and promoting research. Our Support Groups, HelpLine and Classes are a valuable FREE resource for the community. Mental Health is an issue that affects us all.
