North American Vasa Festival of Races

WELCOME!

The North American Vasa Festival of Races is back and will return to Timber Ridge Resort in 2022. 

The 46th annual North American Vasa is focused on safety and quality competition.  The 2022 schedule of events includes an event for all abilities including the 27K freestyle signature race and the return of both the Michigan Cup and Collegiate combo challenges. 

The Michigan Cup Challenge includes the George Kuhn Half Marathon Freestyle 27k Ski Race on Saturday and the Lombard Loppet 15k Classic on Sunday. This combo race awards the best all-round XC skiers! Register for both events at the same time to receive a $20 discount.

The Collegiate Challenge includes the Kortelopet 15k freestyle race on Saturday and the 15k Lombard Loppet Classic on Sunday. This challenge is open to college teams and individual collegiate skiers. Contact [email protected] to receive the code for a $20 discount for registering for both events.

The festival includes a variety of XC , Fat Tire and Snowshoe Races.
