Food and Beverages

Each day all runners will be awarded a free lunch from our catered food cart of the day. Each lunch will have meat, vegetarian, and vegan options. We will also have adult beverages provided after each run.

Dog Friendly Race!

The masses have spoken and we will keep this a dog friendly race with doggy treats at all aid stations, a doggy treat for all dog finishers, a doggy winner each day, as well as a doggy overall prize for the entire weekend.

Since the race is gaining in popularity, we are limiting the race to only five dogs per day.

Packet Pickup

Packet Pickup will be Thursday, September 23rd from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at RunHub Northwest in Eugene, Oregon.

If you cannot make it to RunHub, then you can receive your bib numbers at each race site before the race start.

Cancelation Policy

I am a fellow trail runner myself, and do many races each year. I know how dissapointing it is to not be able to compete in a race because of a life event or injury, and then just losing out on the money you spent. It makes you not want to register for a race until the last minute. Fear not when it comes to the OTSC! If you cancel with over a month out before the race you will receive a full credit for next years race, no questions asked! If you cancel with over two weeks out you will receive a half credit, no questions asked. If you cancel with less then two weeks from the start of the race you must provide a big life event that causes you not to run to receive a credit.

I know that life happens, so even if you are not able to make it last minute, as long as it is a valid excuse, and not you just didn't train as much as you should have, I will always give you some kind of credit, so if you find yourself in this situation just shoot me an email! I put this race on to provide a service that hopefully leaves everyone satisfied, so feel good about signing up for this race early! I got your back!
