15th edition of this legendary race which will host the Belgian Trail and Ultra Trail Championship in 2022! Very varied and technical, the Ohm Trail is a real ultra cross nature that will make you discover the magnificent region of Aywaille on a course made up of 90% forest paths.
The Ohm, the unit of measurement of resistance to effort perfectly symbolizes this trail whose proposed route is full of difficulties such as, to cite just this example, a vertical drop of 1950m D + on the 35km route, which is a record in Belgium. You will alternate technical passages, single tracks, rolling passages, climbs and descents.
However, what especially makes the attraction of this event is its course. A magnificent course which takes the trailers through nature reserves, trails comparable to those found in the mountains in France and thus makes them discover the splendid wild corners of the Aywaille region such as the terribly beautiful valley of Ninglinspo , varied in every sense of the word, fun and full-bodied… A treat just like the other places crossed: the Haie des Gattes, the Fonds de Quarreux and other enchanting places.
A true trail as hard as it is magnificent, the Ohm trail will make you suffer with a smile!
